Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kid Dynamite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Wilson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Kid Dynamite!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Wilson!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.


It looks like Kid Dynamite has been cut.
Dynamite throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Dynamite has Wilson up against the cage in a clinch.

Dynamite breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wilson slips under a jab from Dynamite.

Wilson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Wilson wants to control but Dynamite is keeping him busy.
Wilson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Wilson wants to free his trapped foot but Dynamite is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Dynamite is trying to control but can't.
Wilson is stalling here. Dynamite is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Wilson seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dynamite has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Dynamite wants to stand but Wilson is controlling his arm.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Dynamite has Wilson up against the cage in a clinch.

Dynamite's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Wilson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dynamite is trying to defend but Wilson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Wilson is keen to just control but Dynamite is a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wilson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Dynamite manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Wilson in side control, throwing shots but Dynamite defends.
Wilson is working Dynamite over with some ground and pound from side control.
Dynamite is trying to get back to half guard.
Sloppy strikes there by Wilson.
Wilson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Wilson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dynamite keeps working.

Dynamite stops Wilson from passing to mount.
Wilson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Wilson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Nick Wilson dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kid Dynamite's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Dynamite goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dynamite scores with a one two! Wilson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Wilson throws a right hand that Dynamite ducks under and follows up with a left that Dynamite also avoids with ease.
Dynamite throws a jab but it's blocked by Wilson.
Dynamite lunges at Wilson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wilson's hand.
Dynamite blocks a low kick nicely.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dynamite as he jumps to the side.
Wilson misses with a combination
and Dynamite cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dynamite swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Wilson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dynamite was covering up waiting for the punch and Wilson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dynamite is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Wilson looking to pass the guard.

Wilson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Wilson trying to control the position from guard on top but Dynamite is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dynamite is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Dynamite is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Wilson manages to get to full guard.
Dynamite wants to stand and escape but instead Wilson has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wilson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Dynamite wants to stand but Wilson is controlling the position.
Wilson stands and throws Dynamite's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Wilson controlling the position from side mount.
Wilson wants to control but Dynamite is keeping him busy.

Wilson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Wilson content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Dynamite is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Dynamite is not content to let Wilson control the position.
Wilson is thwarting Dynamite's attempts to control the position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Wilson wants to take a breather but Dynamite is having none of it.
Wilson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Wilson wants to free his trapped foot but Dynamite is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dynamite pushes Wilson off looking to stand but Wilson dives back in and keeps control.
Dynamite on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dynamite tries to get out of the position.
Dynamite blocking the ground and pound attempt from Wilson.
Dynamite regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Wilson.
Wilson wants to control from the top but Dynamite keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Dynamite throws the left hand but Wilson avoids the punch easily.

Wilson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dynamite looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Wilson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Wilson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dynamite is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Dynamite is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Wilson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dynamite keeps working.

Wilson working the ground and pound but Dynamite is defending the strikes.
Wilson lands a few punches from side control.
A lull in the action here as Wilson stalls from top position.

Wilson has hold of Dynamite's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Dynamite seems comfortable defending it but Wilson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Dynamite is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Dynamite is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Wilson couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Nick Wilson!
