The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez delivers a nice body kick.
A head kick misses from Gomez.
Gomez cracks the inside of Knight's front leg.
Knight throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Good leg kick by Gomez there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Gomez lands a big head kick that sends Knight tumbling to the mat! Gomez takes a step backwards and waves Knight back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Knight is rocked!

It looks like Will Knight has been cut.
Knight looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Knight avoids the head kick by Gomez.
Gomez cracks Knight with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Knight tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gomez pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Knight is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
