The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aziz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Aziz is trying to get an arm triangle but Silver is defending well.
Silver regains half guard there - taking advantage of Aziz's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Silver kicks Aziz off and gets back to his feet.
Silver lands the left hand.
No luck for Aziz with that takedown attempt.
Silver defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Aziz.
Jab, jab by Silver - just one landing.
Aziz looks gassed!
Nice shot lands for Silver.
Silver scores with a one two! Aziz had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silver throws a hook but Aziz blocks it.
Silver fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Aziz.
Silver drops Aziz with a beautiful combination! Aziz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Silver is looking for the KO!
Aziz is rocked!
Aziz walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Silver swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
