Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kazuo Sasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hecu Hasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sasaki's entrance music is The Church of Misery - The Gray Man. A fine choice. Kazuo Sasaki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazuo Sasaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hecu Hasu! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sasaki closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sasaki lands in his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hasu wants to stand up but Sasaki is controlling him. Sasaki looking to pass the guard. Hasu wants to stand but Sasaki is controlling the position. Sasaki pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hasu is keeping the position for now. Hasu wants to get back to his feet but Sasaki is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Hasu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sasaki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hasu working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sasaki. Sasaki stands up over Hasu, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sasaki tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hasu swivels and escapes. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sasaki. Sasaki closes the distance and clinches up with Hasu, looking for a takedown. Sasaki pushes Hasu against the cage but Hasu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sasaki is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hasu sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Hasu falls off balance throwing a combination
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kazuo Sasaki dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hasu leaves Sasaki with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sasaki shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hasu defends it nicely. Sasaki will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kazuo Sasaki. That's going to take a lot out of him. and Sasaki counters with a one-two to the body. Sasaki thumps Hasu with a low kick. Hasu tests Sasaki's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hasu cracks Sasaki with a right hand to the side of the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hasu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Sasaki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Sasaki prevents Hasu from getting back to his feet.

Sasaki shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hasu sprawls well. Hasu wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sasaki gets slowly back to his feet. Hasu moves away from the strike by Sasaki. Sasaki keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hasu. Sasaki drives through with a takedown into guard. Sasaki trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hasu wants to stand but Sasaki is controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Hecu Hasu will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and Sasaki counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Hecu Hasu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sasaki fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sasaki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hasu's waist but Hasu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sasaki off to one side. Sasaki throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Sasaki feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Hasu wants to stand but Sasaki is controlling the position.

Hasu is fending him off so far but Sasaki persists. Nope, Hasu circles away and we're back to standing. Hasu swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
