Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigori Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandrei Renzo Shirov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is TNF. Grigori Rasputin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Grigori Rasputin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexandrei Renzo Shirov!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Shirov.
Shirov tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rasputin swivels and escapes.
Rasputin keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Rasputin lands with an uppercut that bounces Shirov off the cage and back into rage.
Rasputin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Rasputin tests Shirov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rasputin stuffs the takedown attempt from Shirov. Shirov gets slowly back to his feet.
Grigori Rasputin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexandrei Renzo Shirov.
Shirov avoids a punch combination nicely.
A punch lands to the side of Shirov 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shirov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rasputin tries to avoid it but Shirov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rasputin to the ground. Rasputin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Shirov drops his hands momentarily and Rasputin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
No joy there for Rasputin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Shirov fails with the takedown.
Rasputin's corner calls for a 1-2. Rasputin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Rasputin lands a hook that stumbles Shirov back into the cage. Rasputin follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Shirov to the canvas! Rasputin pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Shirov has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Grigori Rasputin!
