Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Jolley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chauncey Silvestre!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jolley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silvestre tries to avoid it but Jolley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silvestre to the ground. Silvestre escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Silvestre throws a nice outside leg kick.
Silvestre lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jolley at a distance.

and Silvestre counters with a flying knee. Nice.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silvestre can do anything to dispel that myth.
