Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thien Dinh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Bolpar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Bolpar was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thien Dinh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jack Bolpar! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bolpar pushes Dinh away with a front kick. Bolpar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dinh paws at him with a jab and circles away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dinh. Bolpar tries to clinch there but Dinh circles away.
Nice sprawl there from Bolpar as Dinh shoots in. Bolpar lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Thien Dinh has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fight stays on the outside here - Bolpar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Thien Dinh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dinh tries to keep at a distance but Bolpar has taken the fight into the clinch. Bolpar lands a nice elbow. Bolpar lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Thien Dinh's cut is getting worse. Dinh tries to work over Bolpar's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Bolpar with a knee to the head.
Dinh can't break the clinch.
Bolpar keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Dinh's efforts to push away. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Bolpar. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Bolpar obliges. Bolpar blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bolpar unloads a knee to the mid-section. Dinh lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Dinh misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bolpar throws a knee to the head but misses.
Dinh is looking to control Bolpar's arms but Bolpar gets an underhook and turns him. Now Dinh has his back to the cage. Bolpar connects with a knee to the head.
Dinh is breathing heavily. Dinh wants to break the clinch but can't.
Stalling in the clinch from Bolpar.
Dinh takes an elbow to the forehead.
Thien Dinh's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Bolpar holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Dinh wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bolpar has him pressed against the cage. A knee to the head by Bolpar.
Bolpar misses with a knee to the head. Bolpar using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Bolpar. Bolpar lands a damaging elbow.
Jeez, Thien Dinh's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Bolpar connects with a nasty looking knee right to Dinh's face.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Thien Dinh's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
