Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Rasch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romanov has chosen Greatest song ever made as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergei Romanov! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rasch changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Romanov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Rasch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rasch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Romanov prevents Rasch from improving position.
