Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Earl Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leland Montador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Floyd comes into the arena with Welcome To The Jungle blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Earl Floyd! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leland Montador! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Floyd throws a series of punches but Montador moves out of range. Floyd looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Montador wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Montador tries for a takedown but Floyd sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Montador shoots in but Floyd avoids the takedown attempt easily. Montador fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Earl Floyd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leland Montador. Montador throws a head kick that misses. Montador fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Montador clinches up against the cage. Floyd breaks from the clinch.
Montador connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Floyd avoids the head kick by Montador.
That's one minute gone in the round. Floyd leaves Montador with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A big right from Floyd misses. Montador lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Floyd moves out of range of the body kick from Montador.
Montador punishes Floyd's body with a nice straight punch. Montador should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Montador tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Floyd swivels and escapes. Montador tries to clinch there but Floyd circles away.
Floyd gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Floyd is pulling down on Montador's head to control his posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Floyd is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Montador is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Montador trying to control the position from guard on top but Floyd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Floyd looking to control.
Montador must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Montador is looking to stand up but Floyd won't let him.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Montador will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Floyd misses with a takedown so Montador counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Floyd pulls Montador in close to prevent any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montador trying to control the position from guard on top but Floyd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Montador wants to stand but Floyd has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Montador controls from within his opponent's guard. Montador missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leland Montador dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Floyd stuffs the takedown attempt from Montador. Montador gets slowly back to his feet. Montador pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Floyd misses with a takedown attempt - Montador sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Montador with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Montador scores with a takedown into Floyd's guard. Floyd pushes Montador off and scrambles back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Good shot there by Montador.
That's one minute gone in the round. Montador shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Floyd but Floyd pushes him off and we're back to square one. Montador tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Floyd tries for a takedown but Montador sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Montador shoots for a takedown but Floyd saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Earl Floyd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leland Montador. Montador changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Floyd tries to avoid it but Montador manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Floyd to the ground. Floyd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Floyd wants to clinch up but Montador keeps it at a distance. Leland Montador is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Montador doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Montador pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Montador shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Floyd but Floyd pushes him off and we're back to square one. Floyd shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Montador pinned against the cage. Montador gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Montador dives in and grabs Floyd's left leg, looking for a takedown. Floyd pushes down on Montador's head and hops out. Montador shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Floyd napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Floyd tries to get back to half guard but can't. Montador misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Montador is looking to take a break and control but Floyd is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Floyd can't do much from the bottom here. Floyd manages to get back to half guard. Floyd wants to control but Montador is keeping busy.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Montador has eaten all the pies!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Montador wants to pass the guard but Floyd is defending well. Montador landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Floyd misses the shot to the body. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Floyd checks a leg kick. Montador just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Montador throws a combination. Floyd tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Montador shoots for a takedown but Floyd saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leland Montador showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Floyd is trying hard to land a takedown here. Montador sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Montador rushes Floyd and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Montador fails to pull guard.
Montador pulls guard effortlessly. Montador controlling Floyd's posture. Montador avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Floyd accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Floyd is looking to stand up but Montador won't let him. Floyd thows a big elbow that misses. Montador looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Floyd throws and elbow that misses. Montador uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Floyd's guard. Nice move by Montador!
That's one minute gone in the round. Floyd wants to stand but Montador is controlling the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Montador tries to clinch but Floyd moves away and Floyd counters with a lovely shot to the body. Montador darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Floyd is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Floyd has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Montador is working away from the top position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Montador stalling away here and it's allowed Floyd to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Montador won't allow Floyd to sweep him here. Montador trying to control the position from guard on top but Floyd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Floyd manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Floyd throwing strikes here but Montador is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Montador taking shots to the head. Poor strikes thrown by Floyd there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Leland Montador has got the better of the ground game so far. Floyd breaks from Montador's wrist control and lands an elbow. Montador keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Montador tries to lock up and control but Floyd gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Montador working to try and regain half guard.

Floyd is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Montador to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Montador shrugs it off. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Montador is squirming around, avoiding Floyd's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Leland Montador. Well Montador has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
