Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Crusty Pelican (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raul Sanchez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pelican has hold of one of Sanchez's legs. Sanchez is fighting the takedown attempt but Pelican gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Pelican thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Pelican postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sanchez is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pelican, into his guard.

Pelican has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Sanchez doesn't defend quickly enough and Pelican has managed to lock this one up! Can Sanchez escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Pelican on a fantastic submission victory.
