Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Guilherme Neodine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bila Bong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Neodine.
Neodine tries a head kick but it misses.
Neodine lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Neodine.
Neodine shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bong manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Neodine drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bong looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bong looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bong!

Neodine tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bong wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Neodine wants to control but Bong postures up.
Neodine is not content to let Bong control the position.
Bong has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bong tries to move to mount but Neodine blocks the move with his legs.
Neodine is trying to control Bong's posture but Bong avoids it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bong drives through with a takedown into guard.
Neodine looking for a sweep. Not yet Neodine, not yet.
Bong pushes down on Neodine's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Neodine is breathing heavily.
Bong passes the guard and advances to mount!

Bong tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Neodine flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Bong fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bong putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Neodine is in all sorts of trouble here.
Bong trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Bong is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Neodine has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Neodine!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bila Bong will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bong fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bong shoots in but no luck this time.
Nice uppercut lands for Bong. That snapped Neodine's head back.
Neodine fails to land with a series of punches.
Bong gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Neodine drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bong is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Neodine gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Guilherme Neodine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bila Bong.
Bong has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Neodine uses from the top position.
Neodine with a flurry of punches that miss.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Neodine looking to sit in guard and control but Bong gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Neodine swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neodine wants to stand and escape but Bong is having none of it.

Bong wants to control from the top but Neodine keeps moving.
Neodine is trying to keep Bong in close.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bong tries to clinch but Neodine moves out of range.
Neodine misses with a takedown
and Bong decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Neodine's guard.
Bong working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Neodine is working an open guard so Bong takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Bong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Neodine defends it nicely.
Neodine has his takedown stuffed
and Bong counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Bong trying to control the position from guard on top but Neodine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neodine is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Neodine wants to sweep here but Bong controlling him for the moment.
Bong gets to his feet - Neodine follows without any prompting.
Neodine throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Neodine with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bong counters with a single leg into guard. Neodine didn't expect that.
Neodine keeping moving, preventing Bong from controlling successfully.
Bong has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Neodine to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bong is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Neodine pulls down on the head and he's put Bong to sleep! This one is all over!
