Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kaoklai Khanomtom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Milat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivan Milat is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milat tests Khanomtom's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Milat misses with a looping right.
Milat lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Khanomtom slips under a jab.
Milat throws a hook but Khanomtom avoids it easily.
Milat swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Milat drops Khanomtom with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Khanomtom looks back up at him and smiles so Milat waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Kaoklai Khanomtom has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Milat swats away the attempt to clinch by Khanomtom.
Milat throws the left hand but Khanomtom avoids the punch easily.
Ivan Milat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Milat throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Khanomtom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Milat was well out of range. Poor timing from Khanomtom.

Milat keeps the fight on the outside.
A slapping body kick lands there for Khanomtom.
Milat throws a lazy right hand but Khanomtom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Khanomtom moves away from the strike by Milat.
Milat takes a swing at Khanomtom's ribcage but misses.
Milat loads up on a big right hand but Khanomtom slips the punch.
Khanomtom displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Milat throws out the jab.

Khanomtom lands a nice looking kick to the body. Milat takes a step back to recover.
Khanomtom lands a nice hook to Milat's body. Milat takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Milat cracks Khanomtom with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Khanomtom looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Milat finish him?
Oh Khanomtom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Khanomtom seems to have got his legs back now.
A solid leg kick lands there for Khanomtom.
A telegraphed right hand from Milat misses the target.

Khanomtom is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Milat feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Khanomtom sprawling to the canvas! Khanomtom rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Milat finish him?!
BOOM! Milat lands a beautiful left hook that drops Khanomtom. Khanomtom tries to recover but Milat is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Khanomtom lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Milat!
