The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Grisham.
Grisham bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Haze parries the strikes from Grisham easily there. Grisham is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Haze to escape.
Haze manages to work his way to half guard, despite Grisham's best efforts.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Haze avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Grisham.
Haze keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Haze is not content to let Grisham control the position.
Haze wants to improve his position but Grisham is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Grisham trying to mount his opponent but Haze defends it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Haze dodges the punch combination from Grisham.
Haze connects with a nice looking jab.
Haze dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Grisham will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Grisham is breathing heavily.
Haze checks the leg kick nicely there.
Grisham takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Grisham shoots in for a takedown but Haze shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Haze misses with a few strikes there.
Grisham ducks into an uppercut from Haze and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
