Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Roberto Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Gunn!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gunn sprawls well. Gunn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Gracie fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gracie goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gunn misses the jab.
Gracie fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Gunn scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Gunn looks to land a right hand but Gracie moved out of range.
Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gunn pinned against the cage. Gunn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roberto Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gunn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gunn tries to land a leg kick but Gracie saw it coming and moves away.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gunn tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gunn to the ground. Gunn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gracie walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gunn pinned against the cage. Gunn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gunn lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gracie backs up against the cage.
Gunn has Gracie up against the cage in a clinch.

With the fighters up against the cage, Gunn throws an elbow but misses.
Gracie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gunn is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Gracie jumps guard but Gunn stands there with Gracie around his waist. Gracie gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Gunn creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Gracie tries to score a body lock takedown but Gunn shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Gunn creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Gracie's defenses.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Gunn holds him up against the cage and eventually Gracie drops back down to his feet.
Gracie jumps guard but Gunn stands there with Gracie around his waist. Gracie gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gunn throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Gunn holds him up against the cage and eventually Gracie drops back down to his feet.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Gunn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Gracie's brow.

Gracie wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gunn pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Gunn lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Gunn throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Gracie blocks it with crossed arms.
Gunn lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Gunn tries to land a knee to the head but Gracie blocks with his arms.

Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gunn just stands there and leans against the cage.

Gunn lands an elbow inside.
Gunn tries to land a knee to the head but Gracie blocks with his arms.
Gracie lands a takedown into guard.
Gracie is breathing heavily.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Gunn is keeping the position.
Gracie has gone for a leg lock! Gunn slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.

Gracie can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gunn controls the pace.
Gracie throws his legs up looking for a submission but Gunn uses it to pass to side control.

Gracie is trying to get back to half guard.
Gunn is looking to take a break and control but Gracie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie wants to control but Gunn postures up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Gracie tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gunn wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Gracie is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gunn off and has taken his back!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gunn showing good submission defense here.
Gracie gets his hands free as Gunn looks to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gunn defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.
Gunn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gunn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Gunn dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
The fighters circle momentarily. Gunn darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gracie shoots in for a double leg but Gunn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gunn misses with a straight left.
Gracie walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Gunn lunges at Gracie with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gracie's hand.
Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gunn.
Gracie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Gunn is trying to control but can't.
Gracie is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gunn doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gracie.

Gunn has one foot on Gracie's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Gunn connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Gunn tries to clinch but Gracie moves out of range.

Gunn scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gracie doesn't seem bothered though.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.

Gunn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Gracie counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gunn dives on top into guard.

Gunn wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.

Gracie has his foot on Gunn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gunn works his way back into a safe position though.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gunn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gunn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gracie wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Gunn is now in half guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Roberto Gracie will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Gunn throws a leg kick but Gracie sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gunn throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Gracie drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gunn looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gunn looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gunn!

Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gunn sprawls well. Gunn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.

Gracie swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Gunn is now in Gracie's guard. A big mistake from Gracie there, giving up the dominant position!

Gracie is really struggling to control Gunn but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Gracie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gunn defends it easily.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Roberto Gracie.
I think Gracie has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
