The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goodspeed tries to clinch but Oliveira is having none of it.
Goodspeed throws a wild body kick that Oliveira sees coming a mile off.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Oliveira, as that shot connected.

Oliveira connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oliveira throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Goodspeed stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oliveira looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Oliveira decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Goodspeed's guard.
