Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reno Kittler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Filipino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Filipino comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Last Resort kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Keith Filipino struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kittler is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Filipino closes the distance but Kittler moves to the side
and Kittler counters with a two punch combo.
Filipino gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kittler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kittler closes the distance looking to clinch
and Filipino counters with a shoot takedown. Kittler fights it but they end up in guard.

Filipino stands and throws Kittler's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Filipino is trying to move to mount but Kittler reverses beautifully and ends up in Filipino's guard.

Kittler throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Filipino pushes Kittler away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kittler gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kittler closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Kittler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Filipino keeps working.
Kittler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
The fight stays on the outside here - Filipino looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Filipino decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kittler's guard.
Kittler can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Filipino controls the pace.

Filipino is just content to waste time from the top position. Kittler takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Filipino is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Filipino drops back looking for a leg! Kittler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kittler manages to kick Filipino off! Filipino jumps back into Kittler's guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Filipino got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kittler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Filipino has managed to get both his arms back between Kittler's legs - danger averted.
Keith Filipino has got the better of the ground game so far.
Kittler thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Kittler is looking for a triangle here but Filipino uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Keith Filipino showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Kittler's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!
