Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Douillet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Fitzwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fitzwell has chosen RATM - Killing in The Name as his entrance music. Richard Fitzwell will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douillet staying out of range there.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Douillet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fitzwell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Douillet swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Douillet is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Richard Fitzwell dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Fitzwell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Douillet throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fitzwell's waist but Fitzwell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Douillet off to one side.
Douillet changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fitzwell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fitzwell tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The strikes coming from Douillet are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Douillet tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Fitzwell takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Fitzwell sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Douillet thows a huge punch but Fitzwell dodges it nicely.

Fitzwell loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Douillet scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Fitzwell land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Fitzwell stands and salutes the crowd.
