Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Wolfman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank St Pierre is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Robert Wolfman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frank St Pierre!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre throws a head kick but Wolfman moves out of range.
Wolfman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
St Pierre cracks a nice hook into Wolfman's ribs.

St Pierre drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wolfman is trying to keep St Pierre in close.
St Pierre looking to sit in guard and control but Wolfman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
St Pierre not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

St Pierre manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wolfman manages to get himself to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

St Pierre is trying to drag Wolfman to the mat but Wolfman just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
St Pierre has Wolfman pressed against the cage, preventing Wolfman from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Frank St Pierre showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

No joy there for St Pierre, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Wolfman has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think St Pierre should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Wolfman has tightened it up now! St Pierre should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
