The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albers misses with a double jab.
Albers lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Comet backs up against the cage.
Albers fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Albers lands a lovely overhand right.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Albers darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Comet slips under a jab.

Comet tries a head kick but it misses.
A swing and a miss from Albers.
Albers thumps Comet with a low kick.
Albers has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Albers there as he acknowledges the shot.
Albers drops Comet with a beautiful combination! Comet stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Albers is looking for the KO!
Comet is rocked!
It looks like Jackson Comet has been cut.
Comet switches off momentarily and Albers cracks him with a monster right hand! Comet topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Albers dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Albers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Virgil Albers!
