PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Tsoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Hazel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsoi comes into the arena with Evol Intent - Brocken Sword blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazel throws a sloppy head kick and Tsoi moves out of range easily.

Hazel instigates a clinch.
Tsoi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hazel walks away with a smile on his face. Tsoi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Hazel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tsoi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hazel as he jumps to the side.

Hazel moves into the clinch.

Hazel drags the fight down to the ground.

Hazel working for a triangle but Tsoi defends it easily.
Tsoi pushes down on Hazel's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Hazel pushes Tsoi off looking to stand but Tsoi dives back in and keeps control.

Tsoi is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Hazel as he works his way to full guard.

Tsoi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hazel's guard.

Tsoi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hazel doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tsoi.

Tsoi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hazel defends it easily.
Tsoi is breathing heavily.

Hazel is looking to stand up but Tsoi won't let him.
Tsoi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Hazel is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Tsoi locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Hazel is forced to tap!
