Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maddy Bunga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunga comes to the cage accompanied by Andina. Daniels has chosen Machine Gun Blues as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunga throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Bunga leaves Daniels with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Daniels closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Daniels lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Bunga got a little sloppy there for a moment and Daniels has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bunga has managed to get both his arms back between Daniels's legs - danger averted.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Daniels can do anything to dispel that myth.

Daniels lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bunga is desperately trying to improve his position but Daniels has a good base and remains in mount.

Daniels is pressing down on Bunga's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bunga is holding on for now.

Bunga misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bunga lands with a slapping head kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Daniels goes for a takedown attempt but Bunga pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Bunga!
A chopping leg kick lands by Bunga.
Bunga goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bunga looks to land a combination but Daniels avoids it well.
Daniels takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bunga misses with a few strikes there.
Bunga turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bunga lands with an overhand left.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bunga throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Daniels colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Bunga as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Daniels is left battered and dazed whilst Bunga and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Maddy Bunga!
