Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bonds might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Live And Let Die. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Bonds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Bailey!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bailey thows a body shot but no joy.
Bailey looks for a takedown but Bonds sprawls well.

Bailey gets the takedown into side control.
Bailey is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Bailey wants to control but Bonds is keeping him busy.
Bonds controls the position for a moment.
Bailey wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bonds keeps working.

Bailey looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Bonds is avoiding damage well.
Bailey is looking to take a break and control but Bonds is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bonds, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
