Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Fun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson comes to the cage accompanied by King of Kings. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andy Anderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyler Fun! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson slips a jab and a cross from Fun.
Anderson blocks a head kick by Fun.
A punch combination from Fun misses. Anderson dodges the punch combination from Fun.
Fun tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nice shot by Fun. Anderson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fun. That did some damage! Fun misses with the combination.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Anderson.
Anderson dodges the punch combination from Fun.
Fun takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Fun connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Anderson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Anderson avoids a punch combination nicely.
No joy there for Fun, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's one minute gone in the round. Anderson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Anderson gets the takedown into side control. Anderson swings around for an armbar but Fun sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Anderson's guard. Fun controlling from the top position. Anderson seems keen to control Fun's posture. Fun won't allow Anderson to sweep him here. Anderson is working hard here to advance position. Fun postures up.
Fun stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Anderson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Anderson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fun pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Anderson is keeping the position for now.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Fun misses with a jab, cross combination.
Anderson shoots for a double leg takedown but Fun sprawls well. He's pushed Anderson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andy Anderson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fun with a jab. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Fun. Anderson scores a takedown into full mount! Fun wants to control but Anderson is having none of it. Anderson wants to control the pace but Fun is squirming around nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Anderson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Fun has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Fun has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Fun! Anderson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Anderson being controlled here, momentarily. Fun wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving. Fun is fighting to break Anderson's control of his arms but Anderson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fun preventing the sweep. Fun controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fun trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Anderson holds on and takes a little breather. Anderson wants to sweep but no luck. Fun content to stall in guard here. Fun trying to stand up but can't free himself from Anderson's guard. Fun drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Anderson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fun has Anderson in his guard. Anderson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fun looking to control.

Anderson shoots for a takedown but Fun saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Fun looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fun throws a leg kick that is checked and Anderson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fun! Fun is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Anderson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fun is looking to escape. Anderson jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Fun is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Fun and Anderson has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Anderson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. You can see the frustration on Fun's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderson looking to control but instead Fun has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Anderson trying to pass the guard but Fun defending well. Anderson is trying for a kimura here. Fun looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Anderson wins by kimura!
