Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Parts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua comes into the arena with ANTE UP - M.O.P. blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Parts!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parts throws a hook but Rua avoids it easily.
Rua misses with a body shot.
A jab from Rua does it's job there.
Rua swings for the body but Parts moves out of range.
Rua misses with a wild body shot.
A jab from Rua misses.
A leg kick checked by Rua.
Rua throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Parts on the side of the head.
Rua connects with a crisp jab.
Parts misses with a straight left.
Rua shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Parts avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Parts misses with a looping right.
Parts throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Parts swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rua throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rua scores with a hook to the body. Parts takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rua uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Parts.
Parts slips under a jab.
Rua punishes Parts's body with a nice straight punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Parts on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rua misses with a straight right.
Parts throws a shot from downtown. Rua moves away and avoids it.
Parts walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Parts misses with a looping left.
A slow jab from Rua misses its intended target.
Nice body punch from Rua.
Parts looks gassed!
A slow jab from Parts misses its intended target.
A telegraphed right hand from Rua misses the target.
Rua cracks Parts with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rua pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rua works Parts's body with a nice hook.
Rua connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rua lands a nice hook to Parts's body. Parts takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rua throws a nice inside leg kick.
A head kick misses from Rua.
Danga de danga de dang - Rua scores with a four punch combination!
Rua buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Rua lands a body shot.
Rua connects with the punch.
Rua connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Parts is rocked!
Rua lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Parts falls backwards - clearly groggy! Rua dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
