The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko lands a high kick to the side of Juggernaut's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Emelianenko dives into guard, looking to finish.
It looks like The Juggernaut has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Emelianenko wanted to stand there but Juggernaut had control of the position. Juggernaut working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Emelianenko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Juggernaut is tightening it up a little... Emelianenko has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Emelianenko reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Emelianenko taps out! nice BJJ there by Juggernaut!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). The Juggernaut!
