Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lee Yoon Sik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Maldonado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoon Sik kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Victory Korea. Maldonado is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Got urself a gun. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoon Sik fails with an attempt to clinch.

Maldonado tries to close the distance and clinch but Yoon Sik swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Yoon Sik jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Maldonado manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Yoon Sik jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Maldonado is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Maldonado and Yoon Sik has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Yoon Sik swings around for an armbar but Maldonado sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Yoon Sik's guard.
