Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kyron Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tokahuro Nagabushi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tokahuro Nagabushi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyron Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tokahuro Nagabushi! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nagabushi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Nagabushi takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Gracie misses with a body shot.
Gracie drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Gracie prevents Nagabushi from escaping the position. Gracie creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Nagabushi sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nagabushi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Nagabushi avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Gracie. Gracie in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie is trying to get an arm triangle but Nagabushi is defending well. Gracie tries for a kimura but Nagabushi is defending well. Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nagabushi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Gracie is breathing heavily. Nagabushi dodges the ground and pound from Gracie. Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Nagabushi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Nagabushi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gracie throws a big shot that misses. Nagabushi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gracie throws a jab when Nagabushi was well out of range. Gracie shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nagabushi's guard. Gracie throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nagabushi works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nagabushi dives on top into guard. Nagabushi wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Gracie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie trying to mount his opponent but Nagabushi defends it. Gracie throwing shots but Nagabushi is blocking nicely. Gracie looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gracie prevents Nagabushi from standing back up.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Gracie throwing shots but Nagabushi is blocking nicely. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Nagabushi pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gracie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyron Gracie dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
No joy there for Nagabushi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Gracie misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Gracie swings around for an armbar but Nagabushi sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Gracie's guard. Nagabushi stopping the sweep attempt from Gracie. Gracie isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Nagabushi stacks Gracie on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Nagabushi!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie is trying to improve his position. Gracie looking for a sweep but Nagabushi has passed into full mount! Oh no! Gracie wants to hold on but Nagabushi pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gracie is looking to get to half guard. Gracie tries to lock up and control but Nagabushi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Nagabushi is standing up, even though he is in mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nagabushi connects with a nice looking jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tokahuro Nagabushi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Nagabushi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nagabushi lands with a nice combination. Gracie backs away looking to recover. Gracie looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Some wild striking there from Nagabushi.

Nagabushi goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Nagabushi scores with a nice strike. Nagabushi misses with the combination.

Gracie walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nagabushi. Nagabushi bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gracie's head. Nagabushi avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Nagabushi lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nagabushi tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nagabushi to the ground.
