Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Didier Diane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hughman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Didier Diane is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Diane manages to break the clinch.
Diane fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hughman tries to clinch up
and Diane counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
The fight stays on the outside here - Diane looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hughman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Diane clinches.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Diane lands a shoulder strike.
Diane digs a right hand underneath Hughman's ribcage. Hughman let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Hughman tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
A left hand lands to the body for Diane.
Hughman drops down looking for an ankle pick but Diane pulls his leg out and moves away.
Diane doesn't manage to clinch there - Hughman circles away.

Hughman slips a jab and a cross from Diane.
Diane throws a right hand that Hughman ducks under and follows up with a left that Hughman also avoids with ease.
Diane fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hughman, pushing him back against the cage.
Diane breaks from the clinch.
Hughman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hughman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Diane's guard.
Hughman prevents Diane from getting back to his feet.
Hughman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Hughman won't allow Diane to get back to his feet.
Diane keeping moving, preventing Hughman from controlling successfully.

Diane wants to get back to his feet but Hughman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hughman controls from within his opponent's guard.
Hughman trying to stand up but can't free himself from Diane's guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Diane throws a nice looking combination but Hughman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hughman throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hughman tries for a takedown but Diane circles away easily
and Diane moves into the clinch.
Diane manages to break the clinch.
Hughman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Diane pinned against the cage. Diane gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Didier Diane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Hughman.
Hughman tries to keep at a distance but Diane has taken the fight into the clinch.

A nice left hand lands by Diane.
Diane lands with a right to the head.
Hughman fails to pull guard.
Diane breaks the clinch.
Hughman has his takedown stuffed
and Diane counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hughman looks gassed!
Hughman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Diane closes the distance and clinches.
Hughman pulls guard.
Diane wants to stand but Hughman is controlling his posture from full guard.
Diane won't allow Hughman to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Diane is looking to stand up but Hughman won't let him.
Diane has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hughman to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Diane is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hughman pulls down on the head and he's put Diane to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jack Hughman!
