Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Uahankh Fyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Moraes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fyn's entrance music is Era - Hymne . A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Uahankh Fyn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergio Moraes!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Fyn.
Moraes keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fyn closes the distance and clinches up with Moraes, looking for a takedown. Fyn pushes Moraes against the cage but Moraes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Moraes connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fyn fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Uahankh Fyn. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Moraes gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fyn to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fyn wants to pass the guard but Moraes is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moraes controls Fyn momentarily but Fyn frees himself.
Moraes looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Moraes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Moraes tries to buck Fyn off but Fyn is having none of it.
Fyn trying to control the position but Moraes is working away.
Moraes can't do much from the bottom here.
Moraes is looking to reverse the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Fyn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Moraes has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fyn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Fyn shoots in for a double leg but Moraes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Moraes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fyn's guard.

Moraes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Fyn looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fyn not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Moraes wants to pass the guard but Fyn is keeping the position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Fyn holds on and takes a little breather.

Moraes shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Fyn swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Fyn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Fyn wants to free his trapped foot but Moraes is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Moraes slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Fyn scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Moraes has Fyn pulled in close to control his posture.
Fyn trying to control the position from guard on top but Moraes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Moraes darts in trying to clinch
and Fyn counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Fyn with a lazy takedown attempt

and Moraes counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fyn's guard now.
Moraes trying to control the position from guard on top but Fyn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Fyn has his foot on Moraes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Moraes works his way back into a safe position though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Moraes drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fyn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Moraes has Fyn in his guard.

Moraes can't keep his opponent in guard - Fyn advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Moraes is not content to let Fyn control the position.
Moraes is concentrating on defense, preventing Fyn from advancing position.
Fyn is looking to advance position but Moraes won't allow it.
Moraes tries to roll over but Fyn keeps him under control.
Moraes wants to control but Fyn is keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Uahankh Fyn will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Moraes seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fyn does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Moraes moves into the clinch.
Uahankh Fyn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Moraes is trying to drag Fyn to the mat but Fyn just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Moraes pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sergio Moraes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Fyn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Sergio Moraes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Fyn has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
