Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Harsh Bhagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Maria II Rossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rossi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rossi cracks the inside of Bhagat's front leg.
Bhagat tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rossi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rossi shoots in but no luck this time.

Harsh Bhagat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Maria II Rossi.

Bhagat clinches up with Rossi and pushes him back against the cage.

Rossi is looking to stand back up but Bhagat counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Rossi.

Rossi has hold of Bhagat's hands but Bhagat slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Bhagat is working for a kimura but Rossi is defending it quite comfortably.

Rossi is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bhagat is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rossi to the mat. Rossi regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Rossi wants to stand up but Bhagat is controlling him.
Bhagat gets to his feet - Rossi follows without any prompting.
Bhagat lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bhagat takes the fight into the clinch.
Bhagat manages to pull guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bhagat seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Bhagat shoots in and bounces Rossi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rossi is looking to get back to his feet here but Bhagat is keeping cool and he's managed to take Rossi's back.
