The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bellman throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Schmidt is defended easily by Bellman.
Bellman tries to bum rush Schmidt with a series of wild strikes but Schmidt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Schmidt closes the distance and clinches up with Bellman, looking for a takedown. Schmidt pushes Bellman against the cage but Bellman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Schmidt fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bellman avoids it really well and circles away.
