Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silveira rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kraft moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kraft throws a big shot that misses.
Kraft tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silveira was well out of range. Poor timing from Kraft.
Silveira misses with a looping right.
Silveira is looking to chop away at Kraft's legs.
Silveira throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Silveira throws an overhand right that lands on Kraft's shoulder, as Kraft tries to avoid the shot.
Kraft lands a body shot.
Kraft tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silveira paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silveira lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kraft backs up against the cage.
Kraft closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silveira did well to prevent Kraft getting side control.
Kraft tries to pass the half guard into mount. Silveira knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Kraft keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kraft wants to take a breather but Silveira is having none of it.
Silveira really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kraft. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kraft is looking for a kimura here.
Silveira has hold of Kraft's hands but Kraft slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Kraft wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silveira keeps working.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Karl Kraft.
No joy there for Kraft, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Karl Kraft seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kraft throws a series of strikes that have Silveira backpedaling.
Silveira throws out a loose jab but Kraft uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Kraft counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kraft.
Kraft wants to control from the top but Silveira keeps moving.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silveira can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kraft won't allow Silveira to sweep him here.
Kraft gets to his feet - Silveira follows without any prompting.

Silveira throws a head kick but Kraft moves out of range.

Silveira gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kraft lands a couple of digs.
Kraft stands and throws Silveira's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Kraft lands an elbow.
The strikes coming from Kraft are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Silveira takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Kraft is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Silveira's shoulder. That is not cool.
Kraft throws an elbow but Silveira slips to the side and avoids it well.
Kraft cracks Silveira with a big right hand but Silveira just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Kraft is looking to take a break and control but Silveira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kraft scores with a couple of short elbows.
Silveira is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kraft's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Kraft! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Silveira has tapped! This one is allllll over!
