The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Niemen misses the target.
Niemen misses with a few strikes there.
FABIJAN takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Niemen stuffs the takedown.
FABIJAN throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Niemen's waist but Niemen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing FABIJAN off to one side.
Niemen clobbers FABIJAN with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
FABIJAN looks for a takedown but Niemen sprawls well.
