Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dalibor Bunchich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ever Last! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bunchich lands a big head kick that sends Last tumbling to the mat! Bunchich takes a step backwards and waves Last back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Last is rocked! Last is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bunchich's half guard. Last is still in real trouble! Can Bunchich finish him? Last decides to return to a standing position. Last seems to have recovered his senses. Bunchich with a lazy takedown attempt and Last counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bunchich on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Bunchich displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Last. Bunchich clinches with his opponent.
Bunchich connects with a nasty looking knee right to Last's face.
Bunchich is working for takedown but Last is calmly controlling the position for now. Bunchich pulls guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bunchich keeping full guard, as Last tries to pass. Last tries to stand but Bunchich is controlling from the bottom. Bunchich looking to control.
Last preventing the sweep. Last stands and steps away. Bunchich gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Last is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bunchich sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Last fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Last wants to clinch up but Bunchich keeps it at a distance. Bunchich darts in and clinches Last up against the cage. Last lands on the inside with an uppercut. Last has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Still in the clinch, Bunchich scores with a nice short uppercut. Bunchich jumps into guard, dragging Last to the mat.
Bunchich is trying to control the position but Last postures up. Bunchich knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Last on the ground. Last wants to get up but he can't break Bunchich's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Bunchich wants to stand up but Last is controlling him. Bunchich avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Last trying to control the position from guard on top but Bunchich is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bunchich looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Last postures up.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Last cracks Bunchich with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Last connects with the punch. Bunchich throws a series of punches but Last avoids them all with ease. Bunchich is breathing heavily. Last closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bunchich to the mat! Bunchich manages to get full guard. Bunchich working a defensive guard but Last passes into half guard.
Bunchich kicks Last off and gets back to his feet. No luck for Bunchich with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dalibor Bunchich. That's going to take a lot out of him. Last shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Last seems to be working for a kimura but Bunchich defends the submission attempt. Bunchich is looking to control Last's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bunchich avoid being mounted?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Last trying to control the action but Bunchich is working from the bottom. Last tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Last is looking to take a break and control but Bunchich is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Last decides to stand up. Last shoots for a takedown but Bunchich saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Last crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bunchich - the referee stops the clock and Last gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bunchich. Last manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Bunchich scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Last doesn't seem bothered though. Last shoots in looking for a takedown. Bunchich tries to sprawl out of it but Last keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bunchich manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bunchich throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bunchich tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Last swivels and escapes. Last has taken the fight to the clinch.
Last tries to circle away but Bunchich has him pinned against the cage. Last tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bunchich just stands there and leans against the cage. Last taking a breather. Bunchich escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bunchich dives in and grabs Last's left leg, looking for a takedown. Last pushes down on Bunchich's head and hops out. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bunchich shoots in but no luck this time. Last tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bunchich paws at him with a jab and circles away. Last has closed the distance and engaged Bunchich in a clinch.
Bunchich manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ever Last will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Last blocks the body kick.
A punch combination from Bunchich misses. Last circles away from the clinch attempt.
Last scores a takedown into full mount! Bunchich is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Last tries to control but Bunchich wriggling away. Last is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bunchich is surviving well by controlling Last's body position as best he can. Bunchich tries to hold on but Last pushes him away. Last is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Last is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dalibor Bunchich is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bunchich on the wrong end of a nice hook. Bunchich will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bunchich closes the distance and pushes Last back into the cage. Bunchich working Last over with knees to the body. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Last creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Bunchich manages to break the clinch.
Last tries to clinch and Bunchich counters with an outside leg kick.

Last dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Excellent takedown into side control there by Last. Last tries for a kimura but Bunchich is defending well. You can see the frustration on Bunchich's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Last has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Bunchich walks into a left hand. Last has Bunchich up against the cage in a clinch.
Bunchich breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Last shoots in for a double leg but Bunchich sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bunchich has Last up against the cage in a clinch.
Bunchich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bunchich wants to clinch up but Last keeps it at a distance. Bunchich stuffs the takedown attempt from Last. Last gets slowly back to his feet. Bunchich scores with a spinning back kick!

Last shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Last looking to secure an arm triangle but Bunchich defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bunchich tries to hold on but Last postures up. Last looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Bunchich working to try and regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Last working Bunchich over with strikes here. Bunchich tries to hold on but Last pushes him away. Last gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Last has closed the distance and engaged Bunchich in a clinch.
Last has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Bunchich stalling in the clinch.
Bunchich really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Last jumps guard but Bunchich stands there with Last around his waist. Last gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Last decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Last is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Last is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bunchich is just riding it out for now. Last eventually gives up the hold. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ever Last showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Last is defended easily by Bunchich. Last tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bunchich paws at him with a jab and circles away. Last tries to clinch but fails miserably and Bunchich counters with a head kick. Bunchich pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Nice shot lands for Last. Bunchich tries for a takedown but Last sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bunchich works over Last's head and body with a nice combination. Bunchich misses with a low kick.
Bunchich defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Last. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Last scores with a crisp jab that stopped Bunchich in his tracks. Bunchich closes the distance and clinches. Last on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Last has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bunchich can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bunchich trying to control but Last is working from the bottom. Bunchich preventing the sweep. Last working a defensive guard but Bunchich manages to pass into side control anyway.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Last avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bunchich. Last is looking for a sweep. Bunchich trying to control the position but Last is working away. Last is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Bunchich moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Last tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bunchich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Last somewhat. Dalibor Bunchich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ever Last. Last takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

A punch combination from Bunchich misses. Last lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Last shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bunchich pinned against the cage. Bunchich gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Last closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bunchich tries to bench press Last off him but Last keeps the position. Bunchich sneaks back into half guard.

Last tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Bunchich tries to get to full guard but Last has control of the leg. Bunchich is not content to let Last control the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bunchich trying to control from the bottom.
Dalibor Bunchich has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ever Last is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Last is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dalibor Bunchich. I think Last has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
