Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seymour Butts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Reich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Seymour Butts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gustav Reich! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Butts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Butts gets the takedown into side control. Butts is putting a hurting on Reich here, landing some big shots from side control. Reich takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Butts just content to control the position. Butts trying to control the position but Reich is working away. Reich tries to bench press Butts off him but Butts keeps the position. Butts landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Reich dodges the ground and pound from Butts. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Butts swings around for an armbar but Reich sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Butts's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reich working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Reich accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Reich looking to sit in guard and control but Butts gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Butts trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Reich manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Butts tries to land a sweep but no joy. Reich sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Butts's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Reich is trying to work for a kimura but Butts is defending well.
Reich wants to work for an arm triangle but Butts is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Butts is trying to get back to full guard. Butts on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Butts tries to get out of the position. Butts avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Reich. Reich tries to pass to full mount but Butts defends it. Butts is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reich is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Butts is just riding it out for now. Reich eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Reich is trying to work for a kimura but Butts is defending well.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Butts looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Butts wants to control from the top but Reich keeps moving. Butts is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Butts not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Butts throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Butts with a flurry of punches that miss. Reich avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Reich keeping moving, preventing Butts from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Reich shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Butts is trying to defend but Reich finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Reich looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Butts wants to get back to full guard. Butts is not content to let Reich control the position. Butts moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reich has gone for a leg lock! Butts slips out almost immediately though and dives into Reich's guard. Butts trying to control but Reich is working from the bottom. Butts works over Reich with some ground and pound from guard. Butts wants to control from the top but Reich keeps moving. Reich utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reich keeping moving, preventing Butts from controlling successfully. Reich has Butts pulled in close to control his posture. Butts stands up over Reich, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Reich looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Reich is keeping the position for now. Butts trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Butts scoring with punches to the head and body. Reich is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Butts defends well. Butts pushes down on Reich's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Butts not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Butts is trying to control the action in half guard but Reich is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Butts stalling. Butts blocks the strikes from Reich.
Reich is not content to let Butts control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seymour Butts dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Reich misses the shot to the body. Reich looks to land a left hand but Butts moved out of range nicely. Butts throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Butts with a lazy takedown attempt and Reich counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Reich not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Reich seems to be looking for submissions.
Butts knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reich on the ground. Reich lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Reich sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Butts defending well though. Butts keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Butts wants to get back to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Reich is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Butts knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. What's Butts going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Butts tries to get back to half guard but can't. Seymour Butts is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reich thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Reich working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Reich postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Butts trying to control but Reich postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! Gustav Reich comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Butts has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
