Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Waldo Emerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Emerson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Welcome to the TerrorDome. Ralph Waldo Emerson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Head breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Head shoots in but Emerson avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Head shoots for a double leg takedown but Emerson sprawls well. He's pushed Head's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Emerson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
