Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Evan Green! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksandr Martynov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koscheck misses with a series of wild punches.
Green shoots in but no luck this time. Koscheck shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Koscheck shoots in but no luck this time. Koscheck wants to clinch. Green misses with a takedown and Koscheck counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Green is looking to escape. Koscheck thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Green's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koscheck thows a huge punch but Green dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Green looks like he's trying to stand up.
Koscheck trying to mount his opponent but Green defends it. Green is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Green pushes Koscheck off looking to stand but Koscheck dives back in and keeps control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Koscheck stuffs the takedown. Green is nestled in close to Koscheck, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Koscheck works his way to full guard. Good work. Green connects with a couple of short punches. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Green accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Green working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Green throwing strikes but missing. Koscheck avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Green throws and elbow that misses. Koscheck uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Green's guard. Nice move by Koscheck! Koscheck trying to control the position from guard on top but Green is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evan Green dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Right on cue, Green cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Green lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Koscheck bucks Green off and manages to get back to his feet! Green shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Koscheck sprawls well. Koscheck wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Green gets slowly back to his feet. Chael Koscheck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Evan Green. Green looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Koscheck is fending him off so far but Green persists. Nope, Koscheck circles away and we're back to standing. Koscheck leaves Green with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Koscheck will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Green shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Green lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Koscheck pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Green is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Koscheck tries to control but Green wriggling away. Koscheck lands a big shot there that rocks Green but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Green is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Koscheck working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Green's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Chael Koscheck has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
And that's the end of the fight! Chael Koscheck showed his dominance in that final round. Well Green has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
