Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between TJ Gelicho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, TJ Gelicho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Anderson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gelicho shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Anderson as he avoids it easily. Anderson throws a sloppy head kick and Gelicho moves out of range easily. Gelicho takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Anderson thumps Gelicho with a low kick. Anderson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Gelicho will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Gelicho fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TJ Gelicho. That's going to take a lot out of him. Anderson lands a high kick!
Gelicho shoots in for a takedown but Anderson shows good takedown defense. Gelicho tries to close the distance and clinch but Anderson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Gelicho fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anderson avoids it really well and circles away. Anderson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Nick Anderson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Anderson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Anderson. That snapped Gelicho's head back.
Good leg kick by Anderson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Anderson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Anderson wants it to stay on the feet. Anderson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Gelicho is looking to clinch. Anderson throws a leg kick that misses. Anderson tries a head kick but it misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Anderson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gelicho manages to avoid it. Anderson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gelicho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Gelicho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Anderson slaps away a takedown attempt from Gelicho, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gelicho shoots in for a double leg but Anderson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gelicho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Gelicho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Anderson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Anderson dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A head kick misses from Anderson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anderson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gelicho. Anderson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gelicho. Anderson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Anderson is breathing heavily. Gelicho is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Anderson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Jab by Anderson. Anderson keeps the fight on the outside. Anderson throws a sloppy head kick and Gelicho moves out of range easily. Gelicho shoots for a takedown but Anderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Anderson tries a head kick but it misses.
Nick Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gelicho checks a leg kick nicely.

Gelicho tries for a takedown but Anderson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Anderson attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Anderson throws a solid leg kick but Gelicho takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Anderson. Gelicho shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gelicho showed some decent athleticism there. Gelicho is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gelicho seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Anderson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
