Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sheamus O Sheannessy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gengis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Sheannessy throws a leg kick but Khan moved away.
O Sheannessy misses with a looping left.
Khan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from O Sheannessy.

O Sheannessy goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
O Sheannessy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
O Sheannessy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Khan connects with a nice short shot to O Sheannessy's temple.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gengis Khan dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Khan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

You get the feeling that O Sheannessy really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Gengis Khan has got the better of the ground game so far.
O Sheannessy is bucking up trying to escape but Khan cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Khan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Khan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

A big strike lands for Khan! That's really hurt O Sheannessy and he's turned his back - Khan keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Khan jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
