Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
GARRETT lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Monster circles away quickly and effectively.
GARRETT lunges at Monster with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Monster's hand.
GARRETT misses with a hook.
GARRETT throws the left hand but Monster avoids the punch easily.
Monster slips a jab from GARRETT.
GARRETT gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

GARRETT looking to control but Monster passes into half guard.

Monster is sneakily working for an arm triangle but GARRETT sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Monster is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
GARRETT tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Monster has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Monster avoids the attempt from GARRETT to control.

GARRETT has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Monster is working away from the top position though.

GARRETT is looking to get back to is feet but Monster passes into side control.

Monster wants to take a breather but GARRETT is having none of it.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Monster is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Monster has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

BRUISER GARRETT's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at BRUISER GARRETT's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
