Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Haskon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderlei Silvas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wanderlei Silvas is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Haskon feints and as Silvas raises his hands in defense, Haskon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Haskon slips nicely into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Haskon in particular looking to stall.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Silvas crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Haskon - the referee stops the clock and Silvas gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Haskon. Silvas manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Haskon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Silvas was covering up waiting for the punch and Haskon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
