The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jackson is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Andazola's shoulder. That is not cool.
Andazola is looking to reverse the position.

Andazola lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andazola pinned against the cage. Andazola gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Andazola stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Andazola wants it to stay on the feet.

Andazola has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Jackson is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Andazola yanks on the arm and Jackson is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Andazola.
