Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Waclaw Kaczynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Junk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kaczynski might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sou Foda. Jack Junk has the eye of the tiger tonight.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Waclaw Kaczynski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Junk! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaczynski looks to land a combination but Junk avoids it well. Waclaw Kaczynski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kaczynski takes a jab right on the kisser.

Nice shot by Junk. Kaczynski takes a swing at Junk's ribcage but misses. Junk moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Junk moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Kaczynski lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Jack Junk has been cut. Kaczynski lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Junk steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kaczynski. Kaczynski throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Junk counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kaczynski wants to stand up but Junk is controlling him. Kaczynski keeping full guard, as Junk tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Junk thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kaczynski throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Junk counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Junk. A frustrated look appears on Kaczynski's face as he tries to break the clinch. Junk stalling against the cage.
Kaczynski wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Junk has him pressed against the cage. Kaczynski is trying to force a seperation but Junk has the dominant position. Junk prevents Kaczynski from breaking the clinch.

letting Junk counter with a right hand. Junk stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Good exchange - Kaczynski coming out on top. A combination from Kaczynski does no damage. Kaczynski misses with a double jab
and Junk counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kaczynski keeping moving, preventing Junk from controlling successfully. Junk advances to half guard. Kaczynski is looking to control Junk's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kaczynski avoid being mounted? Junk is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaczynski is staying active underneath Junk, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kaczynski on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kaczynski tries to get out of the position. Junk moves nicely into side control. Junk working away. Junk misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Junk is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kaczynski knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Junk wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kaczynski, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kaczynski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Junk trying to control the position but Kaczynski is working away. You can see the frustration on Kaczynski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Junk misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Junk has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Kaczynski is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Junk yanks on the arm and Kaczynski is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Junk.
