Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raz Zar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garruk Wildspeaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raz Zar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Garruk Wildspeaker! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zar tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wildspeaker swivels and escapes. Wildspeaker with a lazy takedown attempt and Zar counters with a shoot takedown. Wildspeaker fights it but they end up in guard. Wildspeaker pulls Zar in close to his closed guard and prevents Zar from doing any damage or advancing position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wildspeaker keeping moving, preventing Zar from controlling successfully. Wildspeaker keeping full guard, as Zar tries to pass. Zar drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wildspeaker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Zar has Wildspeaker in his guard. Zar is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Zar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wildspeaker manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wildspeaker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Zar is one step ahead there. Zar tries to free his leg and advance position but Wildspeaker is retaining full guard. Zar postures up in Wildspeaker's guard and throws a big left but Wildspeaker blocks it. Zar trying to control but Wildspeaker is working from the bottom. Zar drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wildspeaker looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wildspeaker looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wildspeaker! Zar is breathing heavily. Wildspeaker is looking to take a break and control but Zar is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Zar prevents Wildspeaker from improving position. Wildspeaker working away. Wildspeaker decides to stand up, so the ref orders Zar to his feet. Wildspeaker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Wildspeaker tries to clinch up and Zar counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Zar wants to advance to full mount but Wildspeaker doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Zar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wildspeaker swivels though and keeps the full guard. Zar stops Wildspeaker from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zar won't allow Wildspeaker to sweep him here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zar drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wildspeaker dives on top into guard. Wildspeaker wants to pass the guard but Zar is keeping the position. Wildspeaker trying to control but Zar is working from the bottom. Zar looking to control.
Wildspeaker pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Zar is keeping the position for now. Wildspeaker slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Zar avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Wildspeaker. Wildspeaker is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Zar is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Zar managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Wildspeaker.
Zar manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Wildspeaker is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Wildspeaker thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Zar's head. Wildspeaker stops Zar from getting back to his feet.
Zar slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Wildspeaker pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Zar is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raz Zar dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Wildspeaker tries to clinch but fails miserably and Zar counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Zar. Zar trying to control but Wildspeaker is working from the bottom. Wildspeaker trying to keep a closed guard but Zar is proving a slippery customer.
Zar looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Zar wants to control from the top but Wildspeaker keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zar slips nicely into half guard. Zar sitting and controlling from the half guard. Zar wants to control but Wildspeaker is keeping him busy. Wildspeaker tries to get to full guard but Zar has control of the leg. Wildspeaker trying to control but Zar postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Zar is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wildspeaker defends it well. Wildspeaker is trying to stand back up but Zar is controlling him
Zar looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Zar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wildspeaker gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wildspeaker wants the takedown. Zar is fighting it off but Wildspeaker persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Zar's guard against the cage. Wildspeaker thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Wildspeaker wants to pass the guard but Zar is keeping the position. Wildspeaker trying to control but Zar is working from the bottom. Zar is trying to control the position but Wildspeaker postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wildspeaker postures up in Zar's guard and throws a big left but Zar blocks it. Zar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Zar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wildspeaker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wildspeaker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zar swats him away and circles back towards the center. Wildspeaker wants to clinch and Zar counters with a shoot takedown. Wildspeaker fights it but they end up in guard. Wildspeaker lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Zar! Zar keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raz Zar dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Wildspeaker will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Wildspeaker pivots, looking for a leg kick but Zar is out of range and Wildspeaker settles back down. Wildspeaker tries for a takedown but Zar circles away easily and Zar counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Wildspeaker is not content to let Zar control the position. Wildspeaker is trying to stand.
Zar has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Wildspeaker defend it? Zar steps over the head and cranks it - Wildspeaker is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Zar!
