Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Adrian Desper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Goliath!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Desper.
Desper throws a leg kick but Goliath checks it.
Desper stuffs the takedown.
Desper lands a nice leg kick that just misses Goliath's sensitive parts.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Desper.
Goliath is not content to let Desper control the position.
Desper is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Goliath has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Desper is looking to take a break and control but Goliath is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Desper decides to stand back up.
Goliath dives in and grabs Desper's left leg, looking for a takedown. Desper pushes down on Goliath's head and hops out.
Adrian Desper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Desper lets loose with a powerful body kick. Goliath will feel that in the morning.
Desper wants to clinch up but Goliath keeps it at a distance.
Desper works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Desper throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Goliath was covering up waiting for the punch and Desper finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Desper thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Desper tries to free his leg and advance position but Goliath is retaining full guard.
Desper drops back looking for a leg! Goliath is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Goliath manages to kick Desper off! Desper jumps back into Goliath's guard.
Goliath has Desper pulled in close to control his posture.

Desper tries to free his leg and advance position but Goliath is retaining full guard.
Desper trying to control but Goliath is working from the bottom.
Desper trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Desper wants to clinch.
Desper uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Goliath.
Desper with a poor takedown
and Goliath decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Desper's guard.
Desper looking to hit a scissor sweep but Goliath is one step ahead there.

Desper is working hard here to advance position.
Goliath stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Desper swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Goliath postures up in Desper's guard and throws a big left but Desper blocks it.
Desper tries to strike from the bottom.
Desper is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Goliath frees his head nicely. Oh but Desper has switched to an armbar! Goliath is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
