Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Den (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gidian Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone has chosen Overcome by All that Remains as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Den! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gidian Stone! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Den defending well as Stone loads up on a big left hand. Den wants to clinch. Stone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Den manages to avoid it. Stone thows a left - swing and a miss! Stone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Den was well out of range. Poor timing from Stone. Den tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stone throws a hook to the side of Den's head but Den sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stone throws out a token jab with nothing on it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stone misses the shot to the body. Den shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Den showed some decent athleticism there. Well, if Den is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone looking for submissions off his back. Den looks to land a strike but Stone avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Den content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Stone keeping moving, preventing Den from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Den won't allow Stone to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Den content to stall in guard here. Den throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Den slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Stone pushes Den away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Den gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Den with the ground and pound but Stone regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Stone is trying to stand.
Den not doing much here.
Den looks to land a strike but Stone avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Den wants to control from the top but Stone keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Den dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Den takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Joe Den has been cut. Den ducks right into an uppercut from Stone. Stone thows a left - swing and a miss! Stone stuffs the takedown attempt from Den. Den gets slowly back to his feet. Den closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stone to the mat! Stone manages to get full guard. Den has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Stone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Stone is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Den is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Den won't allow Stone to get back to his feet. Den is looking to work some ground and pound but Stone has wrist control. Stone can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Den controls the pace. Stone avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Den throws and elbow that misses. Stone uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Den's guard. Nice move by Stone!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Den is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Den is pulling down on Stone's head. It's preventing any offense from Stone, at least for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Stone stopping the sweep attempt from Den. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gidian Stone showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Joe Den's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Stone misses with a few strikes there.
Stone throws a jab when Den was well out of range. Den is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stone. Stone throws a jab but it's blocked by Den. Stone throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Den ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stone thows a left - swing and a miss! Stone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Den was well out of range. Poor timing from Stone. Den walks into a jab. Stone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Den moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Den throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stone's waist but Stone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Den off to one side. Stone looks to land a right hand but Den moved out of range. Gidian Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Den shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stone as he avoids it easily. Stone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Stone. Den does a little dance to reset his feet. Stone swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stone throws a hook to the side of Den's head but Den sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stone fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Den looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Stone cracks Den with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Den looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Stone finish him?
Den is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stone misses with a wild body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Den. Stone cracks Den with a right hand to the side of the head. Stone throws a body punch but Den moves out of range. Stone misses with an uppercut. Den saw that one coming. Gidian Stone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Den moves out of range of the strikes. Stone throws a leg kick but Den moved away. Den with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Stone to score with a decent uppercut. Oh Den is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Stone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Den moves away. Den seems to have got his legs back now. Stone throws a looping overhand right but Den ducks down to avoid it. Stone throws the left hand but Den avoids the punch easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone connects with a crisp jab. Den avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Stone scores with a nice strike. Stone drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Den right on the button. Den goes down! Stone follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Stone gets the win via TKO!
