Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bear fails with the takedown. Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. Jackson fails in his attempt to clinch. Bear tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bear somewhat. Jackson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Jackson gets a clinch. Jackson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bear or not. Bear tries to pull guard but Jackson holds him up against the cage and eventually Bear drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Bear. That's going to take a lot out of him. The referee is keeping an eye on Jackson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Jackson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Jackson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Bear has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jackson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Jackson lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Bear is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jackson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Jackson lands with a short shot to the head. Jackson lands a hook to the side of the head. Jackson presses Bear against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A short body shot lands from Jackson as the two fighters clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson pushes Bear back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Jackson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jackson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Jackson digs a right hand underneath Bear's ribcage. Bear let out a lung full of air as it connected. Jackson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bear is defending well for now. Jackson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Jackson scores with a nice hook to the head. Bear's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Bear to his knees! Jackson keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
