Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Delonge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Beast! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Delonge! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Delonge scores with a leg kick.
Beast tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Delonge swivels and escapes. Delonge keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The crowd cheers as Delonge lands an impressive looking overhand right. Beast doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Tony Beast has been cut. Delonge misses with a two punch combination.
Delonge slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Delonge misses with a takedown and Beast counters with a nice double leg into guard. Beast seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Beast sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Delonge's guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's one minute gone in the round. Beast trying to pass the guard but Delonge defending well. Beast is taking a breather. Delonge says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Beast tries to pass the half guard into mount. Delonge knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Beast prevents Delonge from standing back up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Beast walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Delonge misses with a straight left. Delonge throws a nice looking combination but Beast bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Delonge misses with a combination
and Beast counters with a nice double leg into guard. Beast is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Beast seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Delonge for as long as he can get away with. Beast passes Delonge's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beast is figuring out what he wants to do next. Beast has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Tony Beast. Delonge throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Delonge misses with a takedown attempt and Beast counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Delonge looks gassed! Beast slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Beast fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Delonge avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Beast. That's going to take a lot out of him. Delonge uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Beast has time to react. Beast on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Delonge lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Beast slips nicely into half guard. Beast looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Beast perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Delonge is trying to stand back up but Beast is controlling him

Beast misses with a takedown and Delonge counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Beast closes this distance looking for a takedown but Delonge circles away. Tom Delonge seems to be getting the better of the standup. Delonge throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Beast. Delonge fails with the takedown and Beast decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Delonge's guard. Beast sitting in guard, not really doing much. Beast passes into half guard.

Beast passes to side control. Delonge stops Beast from passing to mount. Delonge wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Delonge takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. A lull in the action here as Beast stalls from top position. Delonge is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Beast taking a breather here. Beast working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beast is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Beast decides to stand back up. Delonge swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Beast counters with a straight right hand. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Beast. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Beast. That's going to take a lot out of him. Delonge swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Beast counters with a nice double leg into side control. Delonge won't be happy with that. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Tony Beast showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Beast, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
