The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goolara closes the distance and clinches.
Goolara has hold of one of Machine's legs. Machine is fighting the takedown attempt but Goolara gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Machine has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goolara can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Goolara is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Goolara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machine on the ground.
Goolara got a little sloppy there for a moment and Machine has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Goolara has managed to get both his arms back between Machine's legs - danger averted.
Machine is breathing heavily.
Goolara stays in close to Machine's body and controls the position.

Goolara would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Machine is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Goolara is aware though and is defending well.

Machine gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Goolara.
Machine takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Goolara looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Machine!
