The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick from pele misses.
Lesnar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by pele.
pele plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Lesnar shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
pele throws a push kick but Lesnar slaps the foot to one side.
pele throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lesnar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but pele circles away quickly and effectively.
pele looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
pele takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
pele looks gassed!

Lesnar throws a head kick that misses.
A low kick from Lesnar is predictable there
and pele counters with an inside leg kick.
Lesnar clinches with his opponent.

Lesnar lands with a left to the head.
pele is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
pele avoids the elbow strike from Lesnar, against the cage.

Lesnar tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and pele avoids it.

Lesnar sends pele crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Lesnar is motioning to the referee to let pele up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lesnar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by pele.
Lesnar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lesnar leaves pele with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lesnar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lesnar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lesnar darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
pele shoots in for a takedown but Lesnar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Cain Lesnar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
pele tries to keep at a distance but Lesnar has taken the fight into the clinch.

Lesnar comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

and Lesnar counters with a crisp one two that drops pele! Lesnar thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves pele to his feet! pele is in big trouble!
pele is still on wobbly legs! Can Lesnar finish him?
Lesnar connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends pele to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Lesnar!
